Other stories include a piece on local Native American tribal support for protestors of the DAPL pipeline and interviewed The New Yorker Editor in Chief, David Remnick on Bob Mankoff’s retirement.

  • Master’s Thesis: Produced a 30-minute podcast as part of a mini-series exploring the impact of climate change

    • Focused on two Staten Island neighborhoods spearheading a community driven government buy-out of their homes after Hurricane Sandy. Highlighting government’s efforts for long-term resilience programs.

  • Produced and hosted a weekly eight-minute interview program and chose topics and booked interviews.

  • Re-invented a dying news department of the student run radio station broadcasting to the greater Sacramento area. Expanded news internship program from two to 15 positions. Re-introduced five-minute hourly news briefs and a 30-minute weekly news program.

  • Spent an average of 30 to 40 hours weekly managing interns, hosting the weekly news program and producing stories ranging from Occupy Wall Street and Black Lives Matter protests to California’s drought.
