Yesterday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from the investigation into possible Russian interference in the presidential election. That means his deputy attorney general will take over. Right now, that's Dana Boente, who was appointed after Trump fired Sally Yates in late January for refusing to enforce his travel ban.

But on Tuesday, Trump’s nominee for deputy attorney general, Rod Rosenstein will be up for confirmation.Terrell Starr is a Senior Reporter at Foxtrot Alpha, an online news site. When it comes to what’s next with this investigation, he says Sessions’ decision to step down doesn’t change much.
