Honoring the 25th anniversary of renewed political relationships between Poland and Israel, the former Israeli Foreign Minister of Affairs, Moshe Arens, came to Poland.

Europe and Israel, although near within proximity, have very different political motives. As the European Union begins to face doubt on refugees and terrorism, the strong bilateral relationship between Poland and Israel may weaken, according to Moshe Arens.

“Three million Jews lived here [Poland] before the Holocaust so this is a common history,” said Moshe Arens.

“Not all of it is very pleasant, right, much of it [is] very tragic but it is part of the foundation of the relationship and I think it will always be.”
