Poland, Kazakhstan, working on clean energy

Poland and Kazakhstan will be working together to develop clean, green energy, which will be a focus of the international EXPO 2017 exhibtion.

The exhibition will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, marking the first time a former Soviet Union country hosts the event. Representatives of Poland and Kazakhstan said their countries’ participation in the exhibition will benefit development of alternative and renewable sources as well as business between the two states.

“It was mentioned by Polish officials that Kazakhstan is an important economic partner for Poland,” said Denis Yessentayev, a counselor at the embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Poland.

“And we believe that the EXPO will boost economic ties between our countries.”
